If something isn't looking right on Guider we are here to help! Here are some top tips to ensure its performing at its best.
If you can, use a laptop/desktop. While Guider is mobile optimised, things like uploading photos etc can be difficult on mobile devices. For using Guider and filling out your profile, we'd recommend doing this on your laptop or computer.
Try to use Google Chrome as a browser
We would recommend using WIFI on your laptop

We may ask if you've tried another device or browser, or to take a screenshot of the console tab (details below) to help us look into it for you.
How to do this on Chrome
On the page when it's happening, right-click
Click "inspect element"
In the top panel of this new split-screen click on "console"
Tip: A quick way to do this is by pressing F12 on your keyboard
How to do this on Internet Explorer
On the page where this is happening, hit F12
A new section will appear underneath your current browser window. Select the Console tool (CTRL + 2) to start running the. You can also open the Console within another tool using the Show console button in the upper-right of the tools pane
