The cap of how many relationships a mentor can have is determined by your program manager. Please check with them if you would like to know your program cap.

There is no cap for how many relationships a mentee can have, however we recommend not over stretching yourself to maximise the impact of each relationship.

Short-term, impactful relationships which are then concluded to allow you to match with someone else, are more impactful than a number of drawn out, longer term relationships.

As a mentor, your profile is visible by default. If you would like to prevent mentees from matching with you, head to your Mentor Profile settings and uncheck the ‘Profile Visibility’ box.
