Connecting Microsoft Teams and Calendar to Guider significantly streamlines and enhances the efficiency of scheduling and conducting sessions. Below is a step-by-step guide to seamlessly set up the integrations:
Login to your Guider account.
Go to your profile preferences via the icon on the top right-hand side of your dashboard.
Select ‘Integrations’ from the menu
Select "Connect" next to Outlook Calendar and MS Teams.
Calendar or MS Teams not listed or the integrations is not working?
It may be that calendar integration is not enabled for your organisation, which will have been decided by your program manager. However, you can still use the schedule session function on the relationships page to book meetings with your mentor/mentee from within Guider.
