If you access Guider via SSO you will need to contact your company's/organization's IT team to help you reset your password.
If you access Guider with a normal account then you can follow these steps to reset your password.
Navigate to the login page and then select the Forgot password button underneath the password feild
On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your account Guider and select the Continue button
You will then see a confirmation screen
Navigate to your email client and look for an email with the subject "Reset your password" from Guider <[email protected]>, the email will look like this:
In the email, select the "Reset your Password" button, this will open your web browser and navigate you to a page where you can set a new password for your account
Tips for a Strong Password:
Aim for a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
Avoid using easily guessable information like birthdays or common words.
Regularly update your password to enhance security.
